WHAT DOES THE COST INCLUDE? Creation of your e-flyer with up to 5 photos, e-mailing your e-flyer to our list of local realtors.
WHO DO YOU SEND THE FLYERS TO? We send e-flyers to all agents within the multiple listing system unless they have unsubscribed from our list. As of January, 2012, we are moving to a 100% opt-in service. We will continue to e-mail to the masses for the next several months offering everyone an opportunity to "opt-in" to our mailing list. By June of 2012, we will only be mailing to agents that have chosen to stay on our list. This is so that we are compliant with all anti-spam policies which will insure a better viewing & delivery rate for you.
WHAT DO I NEED TO PROVIDE YOU? Please provide us a property address or the MLS number and photos or a website where we can retreive photos. We also need to know the purpose of your e-flyer. For example, "Just Reduced!", "$1000 Selling Bonus!","Open House", "Priced Below Appraisal!" etc.
WHAT CONTENT IS INCLUDED IN AN E-FLYER? E-flyers contain the MLS#, the property description, the address, the subdivision, the city, the area, the mapsco, the price, the square footage, the "romance", and the property photo(s) (maximum of 4 photos). Your information (name, contact number, e-mail, website and company logo) is also included.
WHAT IS THE TIME FRAME FOR AN E-FLYER? In order to prevent agents from asking to be removed from our list, we work hard to only send e-flyers every other day. E-flyers are sent out in the order that we receive the request and the order that we receive the approval to send it. The average turn-around for e-flyer design is 3 days or less.
