WHAT IS AN ADDED VALUE CARD? Added value cards are cards that we create that we consider to be of value. These cards are more expensive because they are unique to the real estate market. All of our added value cards are designed in-house and the information is thoroughly researched prior to becoming a postcard. ANYTHING YOU NEED TO ADVERTISE YOUR SERVICES! Let them know who you are, what you are selling & where they can get it! We offer AWESOME direct mail pieces for services & businesses. In addition, some of our client's choose to use the added value cards to keep their names in front of their client's on a monthly basis. DO YOU OFFER A MONTHLY MAILING PROGRAM? ABSOLUTELY! Put your mailings on automatic pilot! You can choose the cards you would like to mail monthly, we can help you choose the cards or we can just pick our most popular cards for you! Each card is completely customized with your information. Each month we will create an added value card for you, e-mail it to you for proofing, send it to the printer, pick it up from the printer and mail it out for you. If you are mailing to a local farm area, we do track what we mail and where, so that we don't have two people mailing the same card to the same area resulting in everyone appearing foolish. CAN I SEE SAMPLES OF YOUR CARDS? YES, in a way. Unfortunately (or fortunately for us), these cards have become a hot commodity in the DFW area, and it seems each time we give in and send someone a sample, our card soon shows up on the streets. The way we see it, you are paying for something that not everyone has seen or has access to - we think you deserve for it to stay that way. CAN YOU GIVE ME A PRICE PER CARD? YES, we can offer you approximate pricing. KL Creations doesn't really work on a per card basis. This is simply because so many of our clients use our services differently. We would have to have the chart of all charts to show you the different options! The KL Creations services you use and the quantity of cards you order, determines your pricing.
