WHAT DO YOU NEED FROM ME FOR A GRAPHIC? The photos and your contact information. We will need to know what contact information you would like to include on your graphic, any special designations or logos, how many photos you would like to include and whether or not you want to include room measurements. We can pull your listing's information from MLS. If your home is not listed in MLS, you will need to e-mail the information to us at Marketing@KLCreations.biz.
DO I NEED TO SEND YOU OUR COMPANY LOGO? PROBABLY NOT. We have a large array of company logos, disclaimers and "bugs" (HUD, MLS, etc).
DO I HAVE A CHOICE IN LAYOUT? ABSOLUTELY! You can draw or sketch your thoughts, fax or e-mail us a previous layout or we can send you some samples of graphics we've done and you can choose from those. Each graphic we design is customized for your property.
HOW MANY PHOTOS CAN I INCLUDE? AS MANY AS WE CAN FIT ON THE PAGE! Many companies offer you a limited number of options in graphic design. Many times, you choose your design based on the number of photos you would like to include. You may really like a design, but that particular design only offers one photo and you want to include 2. When KL Creations designs your graphic, we will include as many or as few photos as you would like.
HOW DO I GET MY GRAPHICS? We WILL DELIVER them to either your office or the property (depending on the location of the property, delivery fees apply) or we can mail them to the homeowner. You can also pick them up from our printer. Your choice, just let us know when ordering. |
