WHAT DAYS DO YOU DELIVER FLYERS? Flyers are delivered on Tuesdays and Fridays on an as needed basis. Because the need for this service fluctuates, we do need advance notice for delivery. We will utilize these days for other activities, if neccessary, so please call in advance if you have flyers you would like delivered. CAN YOU JUST DELIVER TO ONE OFFICE IN AN AREA? YES. If we are going to the area for another delivery we will gladly take your piece free of charge; however, if you want us to deliver your piece to just one office to an area where the sole purpose of the trip is to deliver your flyer, you will be charged the full price to deliver to the full area.
HOW MANY FLYERS DO I NEED TO HAVE PRINTED? If we are delivering flyers to all offices referenced above, we will need 2500 flyers. If we are delivering to one or more specific areas, please call us for the count for that area. If you are interested, we will also tell you which offices we deliver to in specific areas.
DOES KL CREATIONS PUT THE FLYERS IN AGENT BOXES? Yes, whenever possible. Many real estate companies do not allow anything but postal mail to be put in their agents boxes; however, if they do allow us to stuff boxes, we do. If you are interested, we can tell you which offices allow us to put flyers in their agent boxes. We have accounted for this in our area counts.
Can you help me if I am NOT in the Real Estate Biz?
HEAVENS YES! We will gladly work with anyone interested in using our services. In fact, we have a lengthy list of clients that we currently work with (click on our Local Partners tab to view many of our clients and how to contact them). Aside from realtors, we conctinue to assist other affiliates within the real estate industry, such as Mortgage, Insurance and Title Companies. In addition, we work with lots of small businesses, marketing companies, bookstores, hair salons, restaurants and bars, print companies, homeowner associations, independent contractors, pool and landscape companies and the list goes on!
